I grew up in Kansas City. An Only Child! The son of a chef. I never thought that I would even be in the buisness let alone aspiring to become a chef. Food never really appealed to me until I was in my third year of high school when I decided to attend the technical school in my school district. At this school they had the option of a culinary class. Little did I know that this so called “culinary class” was going to save my life.
